If you're on purple, you can have the whole grain linguine but you have to count the sauce. The app has the info. Olive Garden is a good place to use some weeklies

Otherwise, chicken piccata lunch portion is 7 and the dinner portion is 8. That's on purple tho

You can ask for Light Italian dressing on the salad and the Past Fagouli soup is only 2 pts per bowl on blue.

I ask for the salmon no butter and count it as zero. There is nothing put on the broccoli that comes with it.

I get the chicken parmigiana but ask them to make it with grilled chicken and I substitute broccoli for the spaghetti. Yum!

I would actually eat something before going. Not a full meal but something like yogurt and berries. That way I am not 'hungry' when I get there and less tempted to over eat. Oh man, I love Olive Garden! They have great salads and soups.

If your Olive Garden offers the Chicken Giardino , that is a great choice . I substitute double veggies for pasta every time I order . It is my favorite .

In the app, scroll to the bottom. Tap restaurants. Search Olive Garden. It gives you the points of pretty much everything.

I believe it is chicken piccata that is a lower calorie dish. It is delicious. You can get minestrone soup or salad with dressing on the side.

Their Pasta e Fagioli soup is 2 pts on Blue. Their breadsticks are 4 pts. Bring your own salad dressing. The Chicken Giordino is 12 pts for the entire dish. I eat half and take half home.
